Art Residency at Quill Nook

Invent, mold, shape whatever you want in the sanctuary of our land. We’ll act as your bulwark; we’ll support you along the way. We can be as involved, or as distanced, as you would like with guardrails.

We believe anything is possible with some planning, clear communication, and an open heart. Our studios offer a plentiful selection of mediums, tools, and space that you can use to shape your own experience.

We have a team that’s gentle in support and kind in nature. During your stay, we’ll offer you encouragement, and peace. Laughter around our dinner table is guaranteed—with one meal provided (dietary restrictions welcomed).

Creation can happen anytime you feel called to do so. You may eat with our family and friends or can do so independently. It’s your space to move through, at whatever pace you choose!

Lastly, we want to emphasize that any project, process or idea especially the “weird” ones are welcome. We hope to see you soon!

Come to the woods to focus, break yourself open, and create.

We can also offer more dedicated time to teach a technique or provide the dedicated support you need. For example:

    • Need a guitar part for that song you’re writing? We can help, and then record it!

    • Want to get inside a backhoe and work on your own boulder artwork? We’ll guide you through it.

    • Want to get back into painting but you’re not sure where to start? We can share some fun techniques that get us going.

What else? If you can imagine it, we’d love to support you in creating it.

We also offer classes and workshops.
